Return Conditions

Defective or Incorrect Items

You are eligible for a return or exchange if the item is defective or does not match the description.

Non-Defective Items

For non-defective items, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).
  • The original tags must still be attached.
  • The item must not have been used (only tried on).
  • The item must be free of stains, odours, makeup, fake tan marks, pet fur, or visible marks.

Please take care when trying on items for the first time. Items with deodorant, perfume, or visible stains cannot be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@mololabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will email you to notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that, depending on your card issuer, refunds may take 15-30 days to appear on your card statement.

Refund Exclusions

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@mololabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, don't hesitate to contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will either send the correct item or process a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
